• Method of Ordering:
  • Online Order

    We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover/Novus cards.

    When the transaction is approved, the product is instantly available for download, with instructions for installation. This is the most efficient method and highly secure.

    • Upgrade Order - Upgrade SourceUSB to the latest version.
  • Fax Order

    Please download the Fax Order Form. Fill it out and fax or email to us as instructed on the form. We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover/Novus cards. When the transaction is approved, we will notify you by email with instructions to retrieve and install the software.

  • Corporate Purchase Order

    We accept purchase orders only from corporate customers.

    Please mail or fax us your official order on a company letterhead or email (sqorders@sourcequest.com) a scanned image in a standard format such as PDF.

    Please include the information requested in our sample order form. Be sure to specify the e-mail address to which the order confirmation and invoice should be sent, as well as the e-mail address of the end-user where the product will be delivered.

  All payment transactions are conducted in U.S. Currency.
• Secure Payment Services:

  All transactions, whether on-line (credit-card method) or off-line (fax or mail method), are conducted through our Secured Payment Service. Please be assured that your credit card information is transmitted via a secured network. For further details, please review our policy regarding protection of your privacy.

• Sales Receipt:

  An automatic receipt is generated for orders placed online. A confirmation will be sent via email when the transaction is completed for all orders.

• Upgrade Policy:

  All purchases include free minor upgrades up until the next major release. Major release upgrades for existing customers are usually substantially discounted from the full product price.

• Support Policy:

  All purchases come with free support for 30 days. We provide an online support system for customers to submit inquiries, problem and enhancement reports.

• Refund Policy:

  We will do our best to resolve any issue you might have with SourceUSB, if we cannot resolve it to your satisfaction, we will be glad to refund you within 30 days of your purchase.
