  • Problem Reporting and Tracking
    SourceQuest's online support system is designed to expedite product problem reporting and status tracking. It is web-based and is operational 24x7.
    Here is how it works:
    • When you purchase or download our product, the system immediately sends you an email with a license serial number and a registration keycode. The license serial number is also available in the product's 'About' box.
    • To access the online support system, you will need to register with the system by providing your email address, the license serial number and a password of your choice.
    • After you have registered, you can login to the system.
      It allows you The login process ensures that only you can review your reports.
    • Our support team reviews the reports and makes comments or provides a resolution. The system will automatically notify you by email. You then login and review the response to your report.
    • If you have lost your login password, you can retrieve it here.
